Hi, I'm Julie, a self-taught artist living in Katy, Texas. I grew up with a mom and grandfather who both were artists. Grandpa carved and painted many stunning wooden ducks and songbirds, and mom painted lush flowers and gorgeous birds. Everything they touched with a paintbrush was made beautiful. I hope to honor my family with the art I create.

I have enjoyed drawing, painting, and being outdoors for as long as I can remember. Birds bring me joy! And I love bright colors and making people smile.
