Shipping Info

We currently ship to the USA only. Shipping cost is based on order size and weight, and orders totaling $35 and over ship free! Your order will be shipped within two business days using USPS tracked mail. You'll receive an email with the tracking info.

All cards come with a sturdy, self-sealing brown kraft mailing envelope, and are placed in a compostable cello bag for protection. Then your order is shipped in a rigid or padded mailer, depending on the size of the order.

What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, too.

For order cancellations, please contact me as soon as possible, before the order is shipped.

Loss and damage

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if damaged, I can refund or replace damaged items. Please drop me an email with a picture and I can get it replaced for you.

Sales Taxes

We charge sales tax on orders shipped to Texas locations only.

Do you accept commissions or customization of your existing work?

Unfortunately, no. There are just not enough hours in the day for me to accomplish all of my artistic endeavors!

Privacy Policy

Jaunty Birds will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential. Those steps include limiting access to client information databases. However, aspects of our web site require the exchange of some personal information.

You can visit the website without telling us who you are or revealing any information, by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you wish to use some of the website’s features, or you wish to receive our newsletter or provide other details by filling a form, you may provide personal data to us, such as your email, first name, last name, city of residence, and telephone number. You can choose not to provide us with your personal data, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the website’s features. For example, you won’t be able to receive our Newsletter or contact us directly from the website.
